Notify us via email to cancel. Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the workshop.

Within 30 days of the workshop: Full refund will be given.

After 30 days from booking: No refunds, unless your spot is filled, in which case you'll receive a full refund minus a $25 admin fee (unlikely on short notice).

If we cancel due to low enrollment or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, restrictions), we'll reschedule or offer a full refund. If a workshop is interrupted, you'll receive a prorated refund for remaining time.

The workshop fee covers photography instruction and location guidance as described in the workshops description.

Tina Quillen Photography reserves the right to use photos or videos taken during the workshop for promotional use. If you don't want your likeness used, let us know in writing before the workshop. You retain rights to your own photos.

Photography workshops involve outdoor risks. You participate at your own risk and release Tina Quillen Photography from liability for injury, loss, or damage. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your actions.

We'll do our best to deliver a great workshop, but we offer no guarantees beyond reasonable effort.
